Object Detector

The Object Detector can be configured to work with different input sources. You can set up various options to customize how objects are detected and displayed.

Input Options

  • If you want to use a camera that is not your webcam, you can add a custom camera to your setup.
  • If you prefer to analyze pictures or a video, you can use Media Loader instead of Camera for your image input.

Configuration Steps

  1. (Optional) Configure the Object Detector

    Open the Object Detector Settings to adjust:

    • Model size (from Nano to XL)
    • Minimum confidence threshold for object detection
    • Object tracking options (recommended to leave on)
    • Heat-map visualization options

  2. (Optional) Adjust the Output Display

    Open Output Preview Settings if you want to change:

    • The minimum confidence threshold for displaying detected objects

  3. Run the Object Detector

    Hit the Run button and then click Open the Output Preview when the link appears to view your detection results.
