Upgrading Navigator

This guide will walk you through the steps to upgrade Navigator to the latest version.

How to Upgrade Navigator

1. Open the webAI Installer

   If you haven't downloaded the installer, reach out to support@webai.com and we are happy to assist
    

   

2. Once you have the installer open, you'll see an Update Available on the Navigator card.

3. Click on the three dots ... on the Navigator card, and click Update.
    

   

4. You will see the update download and a pop-up modal will appear to relaunch the app. Click Relaunch.

• When should I upgrade Navigator?

You should upgrade Navigator when a new version is available, especially if you're experiencing issues with your current version, need access to new features, or want to ensure you have the latest security updates and bug fixes.

• When will I know there are upgrades?

You'll be notified when upgrades are available through either a toast message will appear in-app when an upgrade is available, or the installer will display an Update Available notification on the Navigator card.
